Turmeric is said to have anti inflammatory properties. I once read that it is only effective when mixed with black pepper. I’ve been seasoning my beans, rice and veggie mixture with turmeric, black pepper, garlic powder and also using apple cider vinegar to add some moisture to the beans and rice.

I’ve heard of people drinking turmeric lattes but I can’t imagine they would taste good 🤷‍♀️ Anyone has one?
